Shipping and Returns
Wrong Item Received:
1. We must be notified within 48 hours after delivery of any incorrect items.
2. Call us toll free at 1-888-578-7771 or 989-723-9800 between the hours of 10AM and 5PM Eastern Time M-F.
3. We will issue a call tag for the incorrect item. FedEx will pick it up the next business day.
4. Once we see the item is picked up, we will send out the correct item that day.
Item is Damaged via FedEx:
1. We must be notified within 48 hours after delivery of any damaged items.
2. Call us toll free at 1-888-578-7771 or 989-723-9800 between the hours of 10AM and 5PM Eastern Time M-F.
3. We will issue a call tag for the damaged item. FedEx will pick it up the next business day.
4. Once we see that the item has been picked up we will send out a replacement. If you would like a refund, we will issue that as soon as we receive the item back into our warehouse. Please allow 7-14 business days for refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Item is Damaged via Truck Freight:
1. All truck freight shipments must be signed “subject to inspection” upon delivery in order to receive a replacement or a refund.
2. Follow instructions listed for FedEx damages.
Return Policy:
1. We accept returns up to 30 days after the delivery date.

3. The item must be returned via UPS or FedEx to:

The package must be insured for the purchase price. Uninsured items will not be refunded if they arrive damaged.
4. Once we receive the item back in like new condition we will issue a refund (minus a 15% restocking fee). Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
